The MaxPatrol 600 Police bike light has been developed after many years of listening to the input of riders from all facets of the bike patrol community. The main theme we kept hearing was that everyone wanted a light that is powerful, small, efficient, simple to operate and long lasting. We believe we have designed the perfect solution for night-time patrols and are pleased to be able to offer it at an affordable price.

  • Aluminum Construction
  • CNC'd Aluminum Mount - Very Stable On Handlebars
  • Powerful CREE LEDs
  • Wired Remote Switch - operate Headlight/Taillight with one button and Pursuit Lights Front/Rear with 2nd button.
  • Aluminum housing for switch - mounts on handlebars with easy access while your hand is on the grip.
  • Developed with direct feedback from Bike Patrol Officers.
The Patrol Light consists of two parts. The first is a high quality and very powerful CREE LED center beam light which has the ability to operate on two modes. The first mode is a low beam, although 240 Lumens is still very bright. The MaxPatrol's high-beam blasts out an impressive 600 Lumens.

The second part of the MaxPatrol-600 is a side-beam system with very powerful pursuit or emergency lights. These lights do not use colored flip lenses, rather, they are also CREE LED's and are available in red/blue, blue/blue, red/red, amber/amber, amber/green and amber/clear. The fact that they are colored LED's makes the light flashes very intense. The side lights flash at a very rapid rate and measure 400 lumens! Another advantage of the MaxPatrol-600 is that when not turned on the system looks like a regular bike light. If you want to use it undercover there is nothing to tip-off anyone that you are indeed an Officer, but once the red/blue lights are turned on, there will be no denying that this is indeed a Patrol bike.

The lights can operate together or independently of each other. Use just the headlight, only the pursuit lights, or use all three together. The touch pad has two buttons. One controls the center beam: the first push is on high beam, the second push is low beam and the third push turns it off. The second button controls the pursuit lights. Simply push it once to turn them on and again to turn them off. There is no need to have to cycle through various functions that you do not need.

Optional Taillight: Due to demand, we created a taillight that can be added to the headlight system. It runs on the same battery and is operated by the handlebar switch. When the taillight is connected, if you have the center headlight on high or low beam, the taillight's center beam will flash red as a very bright commuter safety taillight. When you push the pursuit button the side lights on the taillight will also flash in a pursuit mode with the front lights. The colors of the LEDs in the back will match those in front. The taillight is constructed of the same high-quality 6061 aluminum and mounts to the rear rack of the bike.

The C3Sports MaxPatrol-600 is extremely easy to mount with no tools required. The battery is a lithium-ion rechargeable battery that does not take up a water bottle holder because it is small enough to attach on your top tube near the seat-tube of your frame.

When we tested the low beam (240 lumens) on its' own, it lasted an impressive 14 hours before draining the battery. When used non-stop with pursuit lights and the center light on the entire time it lasted 5 hours!

Bought Amber/green with tail light for a civilian road bike. Been using this light set for about couple weeks now. I love it. Very bright even on the low setting. Battery seems to last forever for my 30 minute daily trek to work, very quick to charge with the amount I use the light. Very easy to install.

Great front light, 5.27.20154 out of 54 out of 54 out of 54 out of 54 out of 5

I got these lights with the taillights for some of our bikes, and my officers told me that they love the front lights, but the taillights are too bright. They create a blinding effect for the officers riding in the back. Maybe if they were built with a dimmer switch that would mitigate this issue.

Max Patrol 600 Lighting System For Public Safety Cycling, 4.17.20155 out of 55 out of 55 out of 55 out of 55 out of 5

I have been an active police cyclist in South Florida for more than 15 years. I recently obtained a set of Policebikestore.com/Code3sports Max Patrol 600 and did a ten day/night side by side comparison with a competitive brand. The plan is to update our 26 bike unit with a newer LED lighting system from the old halogen bulb/Lexan lens type lights and water bottle batteries that have been in use for more than 20 years. The Max Patrol 600 lighting system with optional tail light kit was selected. Shipping was prompt. The kit(s) come in gorgeous packaging with easy to read instructions on how to install. If you have enough police cycling experience, it’s self-explanatory and easy to do. The battery was fully charged in just about two hours. This was confirmed based on the LED light on the A/C wall charger. The Max Patrol 600 uses this nice aluminum bracket to secure the lights on the handle bars, regardless of diameter. The battery pack secures itself to the frame or seat post using a “hook-loop” style strap. Even though the battery pack is sealed water tight, I placed it inside of my bag just in case. I then hit the stairs, ascended the curbs, completed a few chases and scenarios, then tackled some medium trail riding. The battery and lights were still stationary and intact, they didn’t even budge. We did a night ride. Most states mandate the use of a rear light while bicycle riding, this includes police departments. Code3sports was thinking! The wire harness comes with an optional taillight connection. The rear lights were just as easy to install. The multi-function switch allows the rider within easy reach to select various options from white high/low, white with red/blue wig-wag or stand-alone red/blue without the white. These lights are a valuable tool when “lighting up” a perpetrator in a dark alley, behind the bushes or just about anywhere. The white light boosts several lumens as claimed. The trails at night were lit up so bright. After demonstrating these lights for the command staff and several other surrounding agencies, the battery has only been charged once during use. The Max Patrol 600 is a great addition to Public Safety Cycling whether police, EMS or security. This is an excellent product! The Max Patrol 600 boasts a one year warranty, optional tail lights, a secure handlebar mount and most of all, great customer service! I give them five stars! Thanks for giving us an excellent product.

Review for MaxPatrol-600 Police Bike Light, 3.15.20155 out of 55 out of 55 out of 55 out of 55 out of 5

To start off Code 3 Sport lights are hands down the brightest lights on the market. I have the front head light unit and rear tail light unit combo. The lights are high end and built from quality materials and light weight. Design of the mounts and lights and thumb switch is perfect and made to last. These light are amazing in every way and there are no flaws in any manner. The output of the unit as a total is underrated. The headlight has two levels (high and low beam) and both are visible and super bright even in the daytime and increase during night riding. Also when headlight is in use a red blinking light on the optional tail light is activated and is super bright as well and both units make riding much safer in the day and night. The red and blue take downs are just as bright and underrated and can be seen from a extreme distance in the day and night. Cars, trucks, and or anything else on the road or side walk or where ever you may be riding will notice you and if emergency take downs are on will also pull over or get out of the way. Battery life is amazing and recharge time is quick for this unit. Three different color light notification on switch to alert you of the battery level. All around an amazing product and would and I do recommend to everyone that rides and wants to be seen for a great product at a awesome price.

Very Impressed, 8.16.20135 out of 55 out of 55 out of 55 out of 55 out of 5

I just wanted to post some feedback for your Maxpatrol-600 light that the you sell for patrol bikes. I have been testing one for several weeks now and I am very impressed. The unit is extreemely well contructed, all aluminum housings and high grade conections. The unit mounts solidly on the handlebars with a really nice aluminum bracket with large rubber cushions. The battery is a high capacity 6600 mah battery that gives plenty of ""on"" time for police patrol use. A really great feature is the control switch which operates both the headlight and emergency flashing lights that will glow green when on and will change color (green to blue to red) as the battery wears down. This is a great feature to monitor the battery capacity. The headlight has a high and low beam feature (600 lumens/240 lumens) and I very rarely use the high beam as the low beam puts out a ton of light and pulls less drain on the battery. I have had several people mistake me for a motorcycle when riding at night! Another great feature is the tail light option that provides a rear red flashing light when the headlight is on along with 2 additional emergency flashing lights (switched seperately). The red tail light that is coupled with the headlight is 10 times brighter than any other ""blinky"" bicycle light on the market. Officers don't like to ride behind me because the light is so bright. Great for night time bike patrol safety! If you are looking for a rugged high quality patrol light, look really hard at this unit! I am a sworn police fleet manager and I have just put 8 of these in service for officers who patrol regularly after dark. My guys are REALLY happy with these units and I highly recommend them for any first responders. Originally Posted on Aug 16, 2013

Buy this light!, 5.28.20135 out of 55 out of 55 out of 55 out of 55 out of 5

Two of us in our department have now purchased the Max Patrol 600 light for our patrol bikes. It is very easy to use with the handlebar mounted switch, and it appears to be built very well. We recently did an escort ride in full sunlight, and I was able to see the rear flashing red and blue lights from my fellow officers bike which was at lease a half mile ahead of me with no problem. I highly recommend these lights. Originally Posted on May 28, 2013
